Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Hong Kong only. We do not deliver to Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, or any other outlying islands. We also do not ship internationally. Orders placed with excluded or international addresses will be automatically rejected and refunded. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

Business Addresses
We offer free standard delivery on orders of HKD $300 or more to valid business addresses within Hong Kong. For business orders under HKD $300, a flat fee of HKD $100 applies. Business addresses must be commercial buildings, offices, or industrial units. We reserve the right to verify addresses before dispatch. Deliveries to business addresses are handled by our own team of couriers. Please note that we do not provide a tracking system for business deliveries. Our courier will contact the recipient directly to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Home Addresses
For residential deliveries, we use SF Express. Free delivery is offered on residential orders of HKD $500 or more. For orders under HKD $500, the SF Express fee is calculated at checkout and typically ranges from HKD $30 to $100. SF Express may apply additional surcharges for remote areas or specific housing estates. If applicable, we will contact you before processing your order. A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once your residential order is dispatched. You can track your parcel through the SF Express app or website.
